Square Now Cello Square launches AI-driven logistics Risk Sensing feature on GPT service!

This is Cello Square, Samsung SDS’ digital forwarding service. As OpenAI’s ChatGPT service, widely known as Generative AI or Gen AI, has evolved into the 4o service, it is being utilized across various industry sectors and in our daily lives as well. With the ongoing trend of Gen AI, Samsung SDS’s Cello Square launched a ChatGPT service on the GPT store for the first time as a logistics service in Korea. Without signing up for Cello Square, you’ve easily used the main features through conversational questions on ChatGPT. In addition, we recently launched a new feature, “Logistics risk sensing,” as the ChatGPT service.

The supply chain has recently faced challenges again after the COVID-19 outbreak due to various risks including ongoing geopolitical risk, supply chain restructuring, and climate change. Amid this situation, it’s crucial how quickly you can detect risks in advance and respond to them through decision-making. Cello Square allows customers to make decisions efficiently by detecting logistics risks worldwide based on the news and identifying impacted cargo volume.
Just ask conversational questions easily now~! What is “Logistics Risk Sensing” feature? Samsung SDS’s Cello Square manages risks on the dashboard systematically. With machine learning, around 60,000 global logistics news articles are extracted daily and about 750 of the articles are sorted out as logistic risks news. Based on about 20,000 risk case data from the past, we’ve developed a risk assessment model. We divided risks into three levels based on Gen AI and have managed them so far. As for the high risk, we identify impacted logistics with agility and discuss the following countermeasures with customers: changing a manufacturing plan or switching to other transportation modes (aircraft or vessel). In the past, the accuracy of risk detection was low, and lead time was longer. However, we quickly respond to risks for customers with the AI-driven risk sensing feature now. #1. Key logistics news It allows you to quickly detect risks by providing today’s key logistics updates.

Provide Top 5 logistics news about risk impacts in specific region and period When you ask for issues that occurred in a specific region or during a certain period, it selects and provides you with Top 5 news based on the level of risk impact. Not only category but also headline news are translated into another language and a summary of the news and original new article link will be provided as well.

Moreover, it offers insights into risk management guidelines based on Samsung SDS’s risk map.
