Event Recap: Moments from Cello Square Conference Mexico 2024! On July 4, 2024, SAMSUNG SDS Mexico had the pleasure of organizing the "Cello Square Conference Mexico 2024" at The Ritz Carlton hotel, located in the heart of Mexico City.

The event, which was organized as a breakfast forum, gathered a selective group of 125 guests from both multinational corporations and domestic firms. At 9:00 a.m. (local time in Mexico City), participants started to arrive at the Ritz Carlton's event venue, where they were cordially welcomed and treated to a delightful buffet breakfast.

The atmosphere was vibrant, with professionals eager to share knowledge and establish new connections. The reception was the perfect moment for guests to get to know each other and discuss their expectations for the event. First Presentation: Digital Transformation for Supply Chain Risk Management The event began with a presentation by VP Sung Gon Kim, Cello Square Operation Head at SAMSUNG SDS HQ, detailing the innovative digital logistics solutions offered by SAMSUNG SDS Cello Square.

The presentation highlighted how a digital tool provides enhanced prediction and mitigation of logistic risks, transforming supply chain management.

Second Presentation: Overview of the Global and Mexican Logistics Market Next, Enrique Jose Fabela, Commercial Director of SAMSUNG SDS Mexico, provided a comprehensive analysis of the maritime logistics market, both globally and in Mexico.

The presentation covered emerging trends, growth opportunities, and current challenges in the sector. Addressing the challenges presented, it showcased SAMSUNG SDS Mexico's logistics solution with successful case studies involving global company clients. Third Presentation: Mexican Port Infrastructure and its Challenges The third and final presentation was conducted by special guest Jorge Magno Lecona, LATAM Executive Director of HUTCHISON PORTS, who explored the current state of port infrastructure in Mexico.

The main challenges facing the country in this area were discussed, and solutions for digitizing port operations were proposed to enhance the efficiency and capacity of Mexican ports.

The event concluded around noon with words of gratitude from VP of SAMSUNG SDS Mexico, Kwang Min Lee. The closing remarks transitioned into a networking session, where participants had the opportunity to discuss needs and strengthen business relationships.
