Square Now We launched Cello Square on the GPT Store!

This is Cello Square, Samsung SDS’ digital forwarding service. OpenAI's ChatGPT service, widely known as Generative AI or Gen AI, is an interactive artificial intelligence service. It started as an early beta service in 2022 and has recently evolved into the 4o service. This service is now being utilized across various industries and is making significant impacts on our daily lives as well. The recently launched 4o service's “o” stands for “Omni,” meaning “everything.” Compared to the previous version, it is much faster and features real-time voice communication, emotional expression, and various other upgraded functionalities. Additionally, while the previous service was paid, the launch of the 4o service has made it available for free.

In line with the trend of generative AI, in May 2024, Samsung SDS' Cello Square became the first logistics service to launch a ChatGPT service on the GPT Store. Now, without needing to sign up for Cello Square, you can easily access its main features through conversational queries with ChatGPT. How do I use the ChatGPT service?

Step1 > Access ChatGPT.

Stpe2 > To use the ChatGPT service, you need to sign up.

※ ChatGPT service can be used for free; however, the free version has a usage limit after which the service gets held. After about 10-15 conversational questions, the service will be held, and you can reuse it after approximately 3 hours. For a seamless service experience, we recommend you to use the paid version.

Step3 > Click "Explore GPTs" in the top left corner, then search "Cello Square."

Stpe4 > You can explore the various features of Cello Square by interacting with Cello Square – Logistics Service.

※ There may be clients for whom the ChatGPT service is restricted by a firewall according to their company's internal regulations. This is not a service error, so please check your firewall settings or use a mobile device.

What kinds of GPT services does Cello Square offer? There are three key features of Cello Square:

#1. Estimation of the required number of containers and guidance on loading methods

To estimate the required number of containers, you need to enter information about the boxes you intend to transport. Enter the dimensions (width, length, height) and quantity of the boxes, and finally select the type of container.

In the result screen, you can check the required number of containers and the load factor. You can also visually confirm the optimal loading method for your cargo in 3D.

#2. Easy Quote Search

Based on the item types and quantities already entered, simply enter the origin to receive a quote immediately.

#3. Real-time Cargo Tracking Service

To track your cargo, you need the cargo’s House Bill of Lading (HBL) number. Entering the HBL number will provide you with the cargo’s origin, destination, and estimated time of arrival. You can also click the Details button to see the estimated arrival time at each port, any anomalies, and the ship's location on a map.

Cello Square is preparing to provide various other features as a GPT service.
