Samsung SDS held the 12th "Cello Square Conference 2025" at Jamsil Campus on March 26th. Following Part 1, which introduced the main sessions, we will now present Part 2 focusing on the atmosphere and various programs.

At this conference, various programs such as an experience zone where you can directly experience Cello Square, Samsung SDS' digital logistics service, a partner company exhibition booth, consulting with logistics experts, Instagram authentication event, and survey were prepared, attracting high interest from participants.

Samsung SDS’ Booth | key logistics services and GCC

At the conference, Samsung SDS introduced customers to the advanced Cello Square platform and various logistics services, and placed a real-time monitoring screen of the Global Control Center (GCC), which is the core of Samsung SDS’ global logistics risk management, at the booth for direct verification.

Through this, customers were able to experience various real-time traffic information and management capabilities that would be provided when using Samsung SDS' logistics service, and many participants who visited the booth actively asked questions and showed an overall positive response.

Cello Square Conference 2025 Partner Booth 1 - iMarketKorea Interview with Team Leader Moon Jin-sook of iMarketKorea

Hello I am Moon Jin-sook, who is in charge of the team leader at iMarket Korea's sales team.
I am currently about 20 years old and working in a sales team.

"iMarket Korea" is a company specializing in purchasing agency for B2B MRO (consumable materials) established in 2000.
iMarketKorea has an optimal purchasing system through process diagnosis experience from one of the leading companies in Korea and is providing quick operation service based on the largest inventory among single logistics centers in local MRO industry with offices in seven regions across the country.

Imarket Korea has mainly met targeted customers, but it was very meaningful to be able to meet customers from various industries while participating in this event.
Through this opportunity, I became interested in wider industries, and I am happy that it seems to have been a place where better opportunities could arise based on this. Despite the fact that today's event was not short time, many customers visited our booth during breaks and showed interest, so thank you very much.

Cello Square Conference 2025 Partner Booth 2 - Emro Interview with Choi Jong-hak of EMRO

Hello, this is Choi Jong-hak, sales representative at Emro.

"Emro" is the largest SCM (Supply Chain Management) software company in Korea.
EMRO provides the most necessary and practical AI-based digital innovation software to corporate customers through the internalized new digital technology along with the supply chain management solution that optimizes the value chain.
Currently, many large companies are working on various projects using Emro's system, and they are successfully leading through many references.

With our participation in the conference, various customers have shown a lot of interest in the MR-RO solution. I am happy that it seems to have arranged an opportunity for a new point of contact.

Cello Square experience zone and Expert consultation zone

At the Cello Square Conference, there was a space where participants could experience Samsung SDS' digital logistics service, Cello Square. Participants experienced the effectiveness of the service through real-time vessel information and port congestion level, as well as using Cello Square GPTs to easily grasp the logistics market situation. Those who participated in the experience found that Cello Square's user interface (UI) is convenient and intuitive, and when they used it, the data was also very accurate. They expressed their expectations for the future development potential of the service.

In addition, a professional consultation zone was also operated. In the consultation zone jointly operated by Samsung SDS and its partners, experts in various fields such as logistics and purchasing directly reside on site and provide one-on-one customized consultations on practical concerns. In particular, it was an opportunity to discuss in-depth the specific problems and difficulties faced by field managers and receive practical consulting in setting future business directions.

On-site Event | Instagram Certification Event

At the event site, a photo zone event was held using cute filming tools symbolizing logistics such as ships and airplanes, and participants participated by taking pictures with bright faces and posting them on Instagram. Prizes were given to some of the participants through a lottery, and overall, this event created a logistics festival atmosphere and received positive responses from participants.

'Cello Square Conference 2025,' which was successfully completed with more than 600 customers attending, was conducted more abundantly than ever thanks to high professional sessions, various on-site events, and partner company booths.
