Glossary Warehouse

A Warehouse refers to a storage facility or location designed to prevent the destruction or damage of goods, as well as a building or similar structure for storing items. The location of a warehouse should consider areas such as mountainous areas, hinterlands, and ports. There are various types of warehouses, including public warehouses, private warehouses, and agricultural warehouses, and are further classified into production warehouses, distribution warehouses, and consumption warehouses. Since warehouses are primarily intended for storage, they are different from temporary facilities intended for customs clearance procedures for import and export.
