Glossary Import Clearance

Import Clearance is the process of verifying compliance with various import-related legal requirements, confirming the recommendation of imported goods in applying tariff rates on quota, and confirming the payment of various taxes specified in tax laws such as customs tax and value-added tax, to allow foreign goods to be imported into the country.
